- 250 grams of raspberries
- 300 grams of soy yoghurt.
- 1x banana.
- And if necessary add a tablespoon of linseed oil.

Put the raspberries, the soy yoghurt and the banana togehther and mix or mash everything.
Finally you can sprinkle it with amaranth, quinoa and sunflower seeds.
